Front-end frames are available in 4 different versions for mounting on mini loaders, front loaders, telescopic loaders, etc. Frames can be supplied with a hydraulic tipping function and lateral offset to enable adjustment of the cutting angle and distance to the tool carrier.
Counterweight brackets and electric solenoid valves can also be fitted, so only double-acting oil outlets should be used. The frames can be used with trimmer bars, branch saws and multitrimmers.

The HKL Mini frame is suitable for lightweight carrier machines and mini loaders.
The HKL Mini an hydraulic tilt function, that enables the cutting tool to rotate seamlessly between its vertical and horizontal positions. Loosening two bolts manually will enable you to adjust the side extension of up to 1 meter. The HKL Mini frame is fitted with a electronic valve as standard, to reduce the number of oil take-offs needed to just 1x double acting. Furthermore, the HKL Mini frame is delivered with the right attach system for your carrier vehicle, which will enable you to use the Frame right away upon delivery.
The HKL Mini frame can be combined with our trimmer bar HK1500-5 and the HS1750 saw.
The HKL Standard frame is developed for mounting onto loaders and excavators etc. The HKL Standard is a simple, yet very robust frame.
The HKL Standard frame has hydraulic an hydraulic tilt-function, for the stepless adjustment of the working tool from vertical to horizontal position, to adjust for uneven ground and to get the desired cutting angle. The HKL Standard frame can be combined with a variety of Elkær trimmer bars and saws, for the best cutting result of your hedge types. An optional electronic valve can be fitted to the HKL standard as well, which enables you to run the Tilt Function on the frame and the working tool with just one double acting valve.
The HKL Ex Frame is a very flexible loader frame. It has hydraulic side-extension and tilt function, which will enable you to get the maximum out of the mounted trimmer bar or saw.
The HKL Ex can be equipped with an optional electronic valve and we can supply the HKL Ex frame in a left version as well, for the use on the majority of telescopic handlers like Manitou, JCB etc. The mainframe and the side-extension are made of a very strong steel tube construction, which will enable you to side-extend the working tool up to 1 meter. The Frame is mounted with the right attach-system for your carrier vehicle upon delivery.
The HKL Fox frame is an further development of our HKL Ex frame. It was our goal, to be able to provide a frame for extreme working conditions and heavy loader carrier vehicles like construction machinery etc. The HKL Fox frame is made of 200x200mm steel tubing, making it possible to increase the side extension to 1.5 meters.
The Fox frame can be delivered in a left-version for appropriate sized telescopic handlers, and for this purpose we will fit the HKL Fox frame with an electronic valve. The HKL Fox frame can be combined with the HK2000-9 trimmer bar and the powerful HS2300 saw.
